Alexa House represents a masterclass in contemporary residential architecture, combining traditional English charm with cutting-edge construction and luxury interiors. Executed by RFZEng, the estate is situated in the lush countryside of Surrey, offering a serene, private retreat that meets the highest standards of bespoke living.

Designed for a private client with an eye for quality, Alexa House comprises a main residence, guest lodge, leisure complex, landscaped gardens, and a subterranean parking facility. Every element of the build — from concept to handover — was managed with the hallmark excellence that defines RFZEng’s residential portfolio.

Scope of Work:

RFZEng served as the main contractor for full lifecycle delivery of the project, including:

• Structural works for the main house and auxiliary buildings

• Luxury interior fit-out including imported Italian stone, oak paneling, and artisan-crafted finishes

• Construction of a private spa, cinema room, wine cellar, and fitness suite

• Installation of home automation systems (lighting, security, AV, HVAC)

• Detailed landscape design and execution, featuring water features, ornamental trees, and a private tennis court

• Civil engineering works including drainage, security fencing, and access roads

• Sustainability integration, with solar energy, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient heating

Design & Collaboration:

Working alongside a renowned architectural firm and interior design studio, RFZEng ensured that every feature of Alexa House reflected a seamless fusion of form and function. The design emphasized grandeur and warmth, with high ceilings, expansive glazing, and traditional gabled roofs echoing classical English architecture.
