Project Details

The Chapter House Interiors project stands as a landmark example of modern luxury and architectural finesse, delivered with precision by RFZEng in the heart of London’s prestigious W2 district. Commissioned by Newcaring Land & Property Limited, the development involved the comprehensive interior construction and fit-out of a high-end residential and mixed-use complex, encompassing over 411,675 sq. ft. GEA across multiple levels of residential apartments, communal spaces, private amenities, and retail units.

Scope of Work:

RFZEng was entrusted with full interior execution, from structural interfacing and utility integration to luxury fit-out, finishings, and final delivery. Our role included:

• Bespoke joinery and cabinetry installations across 130+ residential units

• Marble, timber, and engineered stone surface applications

• Smart lighting and underfloor heating integration

• Acoustic treatments and fire-rated wall systems

• End-to-end MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination

• Elevator lobbies and reception areas with custom brass detailing

• Wellness and leisure facilities including a gymnasium, spa, and indoor pool

• Sustainable material sourcing aligned with BREEAM targets

Design Intent & Delivery:

The interior design vision for Chapter House drew inspiration from classical British elegance infused with modern urban comfort. RFZEng worked collaboratively with internationally acclaimed architects and interior designers to translate conceptual renderings into immersive, livable spaces — delivering premium finishes and fine craftsmanship that matched the prestige of the location.

We maintained strict adherence to timeline and budget parameters, ensuring minimal disruption within a densely populated urban context. Complex site logistics were managed through advanced planning and phased scheduling, achieving key milestones ahead of program without compromise on build quality.
